Joel A. Parra has more than 18 years of experience helping pro-se litigants, in the State of Wyoming, Arizona, California, and Nevada. Mr. Parra holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from Biola University, California. A Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Reno in Nevada; he obtained a Paralegal Degree from Anthem College, Arizona. Mr. Parra has been helping clients in Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Minden, Dayton, and other small towns in Northern Nevada Since 2004.
